Job Overview

Network Connex is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Foreman to manage all phases of data center installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and fiber optics, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data center installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of technicians and engineers to design, install, and test fiber optic and copper cable systems.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest level of quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center installation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
