Medical Transformation Specialist

At Sono Bello, we're seeking a skilled Clinic LPN to join our dynamic team in Long Island, New York.
Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
- We're looking for a highly motivated and compassionate LPN to support our patients throughout their transformation journey.
- This role involves working collaboratively with our medical team to provide exceptional care and ensure seamless patient experiences.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing patients for procedures, ensuring they're comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Monitor patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate effective care.
- Collaborate with RNs to complete pre-operative and post-operative visits, providing emotional support and addressing any concerns patients may have.
- Perform routine tasks such as cleaning and sterilizing operating rooms, instruments, and equipment.
- Provide clear explanations of treatment procedures, medications, and physician instructions to patients and caregivers.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Valid State LVN/LPN License
- ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to interpret instructions, write reports, and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
