As a vital contributor to the overall guest experience at Camelback Lodge, the House Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. This position is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

As a House Attendant, your primary goal is to support the housekeeping team in delivering a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting guests with a friendly smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Clearing soiled linens and waste from housekeeping carts to maintain clear pathways.
  • Cleaning and maintaining hallways, stairwells, and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
  • Gathering and supplying necessary amenities for room attendants.
  • Managing soiled linens by placing them in designated laundry chutes.
  • Organizing and restocking guest floor closets to ensure ample supplies for housekeeping staff.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Assisting with the removal of trash and linens during peak occupancy periods.
  • Helping with the rearrangement of furniture as needed.
  • Safeguarding passkeys and master keys.
  • Providing assistance and guidance to guests regarding their needs.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
