Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train workers and tradespeople, providing motivation and guidance to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all quality standards are met, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and SCP safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety and zero incidents.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise the use of machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve problems and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in prestressed/precast concrete products and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and knowledge of welding, repairs, and maintenance of mobile and processing equipment.
