About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Framatome GmbH. As a key member of our North America Contracts and Services Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing major multiple single or multiple product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage major multiple single or multiple product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout.
  • Plan, schedule, and control project activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide project leadership for major design, construction, expansion, extension, renovation, supply, or component replacement projects.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives.
  • Utilize approved project management methods and processes to execute medium-risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provide primary interface between project team, management, and client.
  • Develop assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
  • Coordinate multiple project activities, including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment, and utilizing team-building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.
  • Define and forecast needed skills to meet project objectives.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure attainment of expected cash position; manage revenue and cost declarations.
  • Expected to achieve and continue to maintain Framatome PM Certification.

Requirements

This position requires occasional travel. You will be part of a proven team in the North America Contracts and Services Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. You will be responsible for managing major multiple single or multiple product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout. You will work closely with the project team, management, and client to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related role for at least 10 years, 6 years of project-related experience is required. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Skills

You have knowledge of commercial nuclear business, with fuel-related products (fuel and/or engineering analyses). You have experience interacting with Utility Customers in a business and/or technical teamwork environment. You have experience leading large projects over $50M. You have experience implementing state/federal government requirements and interfacing with government personnel. You have contract development experience with emphasis on commercial aspects.
