Global Automotive Service Operations Specialist

This role involves managing mobile service operations for assigned dealers, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and fostering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary range for this position is $76k to $80k, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary subject matter expert for all things related to Mobile Service, providing guidance to assigned dealers.
- Understand how Mobile Service vehicles function and train technicians on their features, promoting efficient operations.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with dealers to create actionable business plans, driving success.
- Ensure dealers are prepared for van launches, streamlining processes.
- Lead launch events, aligning business goals and training Mobile Service Technicians.
- Plan and execute tailored onsite sustainment meetings, addressing areas for improvement.
- Develop action plans to exceed program goals, focusing on service process enhancements.
- Share best practices and key success drivers with dealers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- A highly motivated, self-starting individual with excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse locations and engage various audiences (MSX, Ford Dealer).
- Proficiency in communication and relationship-building, with a strong track record of successful collaboration.
- OEM dealer contact experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Proven ability to successfully manage assigned territories or regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PC applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer).
- Capacity to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change.
- Analytical skills to understand and interpret data from dealer financials and operational assessments, informing action plans.
- Ability to establish and implement effective metrics to drive growth and ROI.
- Influence service personnel and mobile service technicians in training processes and monitoring results.
- 85% travel required weekly, with occasional overnight travel.
- Flexibility to work from home office or remote location when needed.
