Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Program Analyst to enhance our team. This position collaborates closely with program management and finance teams to generate, oversee, and present crucial financial information that guides decision-making and is vital for program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with program management in the Estimate at Completion (EAC) development process; track performance against established budgets and milestones.
  • Facilitate, monitor, and predict program financial metrics to support revenue calculations for month-end closures and financial planning activities.
  • Assist in reviewing financial and internal controls to ensure they meet management objectives.
  • Analyze variances, trends, and expenditures; produce financial reports and visualizations to support program management and reviews.
  • Support program management by executing specific tasks related to the evaluation of management practices and policies; suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of internal control systems and procedures.
  • Exceptional financial analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and collaborating effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to summarize, package, and present information to various management levels.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in program planning and/or program cost management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with the Aerospace industry.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $88,000 - $120,000. Redwire determines compensation based on local, national, and industry-specific survey data, considering factors such as experience, education, and specialized skills.
