Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform direct and indirect patient care duties, including vital sign checks and wound care
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program
  • Current NYS licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
