Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Establish project objectives, budgets, and schedules while guiding the design team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Track project development, proactively identify challenges, and apply solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by comprehending their requirements and aligning project outcomes with their expectations.
  • Guarantee compliance with all applicable environmental, safety, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering their technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a focus on treatment from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for Project Manager and 8+ years for Senior Project Manager in the design of water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing or leading treatment projects.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies, equipment, and innovations in treatment processes.
