Residential Admissions Coordinator

Muir Wood Adolescent & Family Services is a leading provider of mental health and substance use treatment for teens aged 12-17.

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions department, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and organized admissions process for our clients' families.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering admission procedures by communicating with clients, collecting and organizing information, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also serve as a resource to our staff and collaborate with other community services and agencies to ensure a seamless transition for our clients.
