We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Swipejobs. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our executives and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Salary

$25.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential document preparation. You will also be responsible for screening visitors and telephone calls, responding to inquiries about company policies and procedures, and maintaining confidential files.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's Degree preferred
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to 2-3 executives
  • Calendar Scheduling Experience: Extensive experience with calendar scheduling and coordination
  • Healthcare Experience: Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
  • Concur Knowledge: Proficiency in Concur software is required
