Job Summary

The Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL driver to join our team as an OTR Truck Driver - Tanker. This role requires a Class A CDL with no restrictions and a Tanker endorsement to start, with a Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage trips, including breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic, and construction.
  • Operate a semi-truck, tank trailers, dry van, pneumatic, intermodal, and flat beds safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload product according to company and customer instructions.
  • Meet timely delivery deadlines, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with Tank Endorsement (obtain Hazmat within 60 days)
  • 12 months of verifiable OTR or Local experience within the previous 7 years
  • No more than 1 chargeable accident within the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last three years
  • Candidates must successfully complete a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check, and functionality testing.
