We offer a competitive $120,000 - $160,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

The Product Validation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the system-level performance of our MEMS-based timing products. This includes validation, characterization, and release-to-production of these products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with our MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis.
  • Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.
  • Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.
  • Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits.
  • Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
  • Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills.
