Key Responsibilities:
Create scalable and testable API endpoints for internal use.
Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and architectural decisions.
Build beautiful user interfaces through Retool's drag-and-drop system, JavaScript, and CSS.
Engage in daily standups, sprint meetings, and other Agile development methods.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and programming tasks to maintain high code quality and advance project goals.

Must Have Attributes:
Love of full-stack development with a project portfolio to match.
5+ years of development experience with Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and a passion for technology.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with various teams on large-scale projects.
Experience with Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Nice To Have Attributes:
Experience using JIRA or other Scrum tools to track and manage development tasks.
Experience in Retool or another low-code application platform.
