Key Responsibilities- Control the movement of vehicular traffic to prevent accidents and injuries to workers.
- Distribute traffic control signs and markers along the site in a designated pattern.
- Use sign, hand, and flag signals to control traffic movement through the site.
- Warn construction workers when approaching vehicles fail to heed signals to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Inform drivers of detour routes through construction sites.
- Drive company trucks as needed.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must have a valid PA driver's license.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day in any kind of weather.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and understand the English language.
- Weekly pay.
- Overtime daily, after 8-hour work day.
- Company-paid medical/dental premiums after 90 days of employment.
- Hi-vis PPE and radios provided by Traffic Plan.
