We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Care Assistant to join our team at Thrive Healthcare LLC.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working variable hours, including morning and day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes.

The estimated salary for this role is $15-$16 per hour, with opportunities for tiered pay increases based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide personal care services, including transferring and repositioning clients, and administering medication reminders.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to sanitation and infection control guidelines.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Accompany clients on outings, runs errands, and provides transportation when necessary.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to management.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of GA or equivalent certification. A minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience is preferred, with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and teamwork.

A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen sense of attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.

Candidates must also undergo a thorough background check, provide proof of CPR certification, and submit to random drug screening.
