About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a healthcare provider. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing personalized care plans.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
