Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Engineer, your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
  • Engaging with guests to resolve engineering-related issues.
  • Performing basic repairs on appliances, managing air-conditioning systems, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Utilizing intermediate skills in drywall installation, painting, and wall vinyl repairs.
  • Conducting plumbing maintenance, including drain cleaning and filter replacements.

  • Handling tile and grout repairs, as well as door lock mechanisms and hinges.

  • Maintaining the functionality of all tools and equipment while fostering clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
