Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents in the Behavioral Health Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in pediatric behavioral health.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the unit, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
