- Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills and critical thinking to complete complex tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance our systems and processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates and management to achieve common goals.
- Education: GED or High School Diploma; Associates in Electrical preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of work experience as an electrician in an industrial setting preferred.
- Skills: Fundamental math and writing skills, proficiency in maintenance of industrial equipment, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong electrical and mechanical skills.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, deadline-oriented, goal-driven, hardworking, and a good attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Electrical and Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and management.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
