Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and implement innovative food programs that meet the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our residents.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Assist with food storage, preparation, and presentation, ensuring that all food is handled and prepared according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in pre-meal stand-ups to ensure seamless meal service and address any concerns or issues.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned, contributing to the overall success of our dining services team.
Requirements
  • Effectively read, write, and communicate in English with residents and other employees.
  • Hold a valid food handlers permit, as required by local and company standards.
  • Be proficient in ServSafe and able to follow recipes and production guides.
  • Have knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service principles.
