We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Collier County Schools.

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.

You will conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address students' specific needs, collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to support student success, and advocate for students' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address students' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
  • Advocate for students' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and services.
  • Offer crisis intervention services when needed and provide support during difficult situations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Promote a positive school climate through the implementation of programs and initiatives that address bullying prevention and social-emotional learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
