Position Overview

The Sales Associate and Play Facilitator role is essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position involves greeting visitors with a warm smile, managing sales transactions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers as they enter the facility.
  • Provide information regarding our services and play area rules.
  • Support birthday party arrangements and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and waiver policies.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare food items, including pizzas, for our café.
  • Manage inventory of socks and snacks for patrons.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including restrooms, party rooms, and play zones.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to address and resolve common issues effectively.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Experience handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Willingness to obtain a food handler's permit upon hiring.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive and responsible attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
