Your Role: Consultant or Senior Consultant

As a consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you will play a vital role in our consulting practice. You will collaborate with industry leaders to achieve your professional aspirations while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Expectations:

  • Strong passion for the healthcare sector.
  • Previous experience in healthcare consulting or within a provider organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is preferred; a master's degree in business administration or a health-related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in healthcare consulting is preferred; progressive experience in a healthcare setting will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $138,000 annually, reflecting ECG's commitment to a pay-for-performance philosophy.
