Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise restaurant staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maximizing guest satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maintain high-quality standards, reduce labor costs, and enhance overall restaurant performance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant staff, general managers, and district managers to drive team engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance restaurant results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
