Role Overview
As a Scientist specializing in Tumor Immunity, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver impactful therapies. Your contributions will be essential in rejuvenating our pipeline with innovative and differentiated programs that are First-In-Class or Only-In-Class.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Design and conduct experiments that explore the basic and translational biology of novel drug targets and their relevance to human diseases.
  • Engage in pre-clinical drug discovery and development projects, particularly in the realm of Cancer Immunology.
  • Plan and execute mechanistic, pharmacodynamic, and biomarker studies for therapies in the preclinical stage, utilizing ex vivo assays.
  • Handle and differentiate primary immune cells, including NK cells and macrophages, as well as established tumor cell lines.
  • Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols and results for technical reporting.
  • Collaborate and present findings within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Proficiency in culturing primary cells and established tumor cell lines.
- Experience in planning and executing functional immune assays.
- Familiarity with multi-color flow cytometry for immunophenotyping murine and human cells.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in assessing NK cell functionality in vitro.
- Background in working within matrix teams to achieve defined objectives.

Physical and Mental Requirements
This role may require lifting, sitting, standing, walking, and bending. Candidates should be capable of performing mathematical calculations and complex data analysis. Additionally, wearing specialized protective clothing and personal protective equipment is necessary.

Work Environment
This position may involve non-standard work hours to ensure the integrity of studies.
