OB Tech II Prohealth Care Birthing Center

We are seeking an experienced OB Tech II to join our team at ProHealth Care Birthing Center. As a key member of our obstetrical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting the Registered Nurse in the delivery of patient care in the obstetrical setting.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs scrubbing functions for cesarean sections, emergent hysterectomies, post partum tubal ligation, double set-ups, dilation and curettage procedures.
- Prepares the OR/LDR suites with the required equipment to perform the specific surgical procedure in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, and professional standards.
- Provides and supports the RN in the delivery of patient care in the obstetrical setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior OR experience or certification from a Surgical Scrub Tech program.
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire.
