Social Compliance Auditor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Social Compliance Auditor to join our team at Elevate. As a CSCA certified professional, you will be responsible for conducting social compliance assessments based on our procedures and specific client expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake social compliance assessments based on Elevate's social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI).
* Deliver quality reports according to Elevate and client protocols and timelines.
* Maintain knowledge of Elevate's social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
* Interact primarily with internal team members, such as for training, coordination and administrative needs.
* Work with team members (co-auditors) to accomplish tasks during on-site assessment and reporting process.
* Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
* 4-year college degree in a major of Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment /Advanced degree is preferred.
* Minimum two (2) years of experience in social compliance auditing.
* Minimum 100 social compliance audit days (verifiable).
* APSCA registered required.
* CSCA certification required.
* Must have valid US Driver's License.
* Ability to travel 80% of the time.
* Strong business acumen.
* Excellent Customer Service and results oriented.
* Effective problem solving and negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
* High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet-research /reporting/analysis tools.
