Job Description

FrankCrum, a professional employer organization based in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a skilled Broker Manager to join their team. As a key member of the External Sales Department, this individual will be responsible for promoting ongoing sales growth and client retention through the recruitment and management of broker relationships on a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, obtain, and develop successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth.
  2. Research, identify, and recommend new business leads.
  3. Establish new agent relationships and develop relationships with brokers, agents, accounting firms, CPAs, etc. to generate client referrals.
  4. Develop and present proposals and client-specific solutions.
  5. Educate brokers about the FrankCrum product line and provide updates and retraining on an ongoing basis.
  6. Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line.
  7. Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, and online webinars.
  8. Develop and manage the External Sales Department's budgets.
  9. Send out a minimum of two Constant Contact campaigns per month and add new contacts monthly.
  10. Meet monthly goals regarding the number of RFPs submitted, maintain Lead Trackers, and attend business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed.

Requirements:

Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening, and communication skills, and sales experience. Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and probability and risk management is preferred. Ability to work remotely and successfully manage the Arkansas territory.
