About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Ohio
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move residents safely and efficiently
