A Day in the Life: As a CDL Driver with Lansing Building Products, you will be responsible for making deliveries and working in the warehouse, interacting with customers and crews at job sites, and providing exceptional service to each customer. Your day will begin around 7:00 AM and end at approximately 4:30 PM, generally without weekend work.

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a valid CDL-B (or A) license, and experience operating a Moffett forklift. You should be able to work independently with efficiency and focus, as well as be a contributing member of a larger team. Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lives the mission statement
  • Acts as a front-line representative while providing outstanding customer service
  • Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse
  • Uses a moffett forklift to make deliveries
  • Interacts with customers and or crews at job sites
  • Provides exceptional service to each Lansing customer...and constantly strive to improve that level of service
  • Keeps warehouse clean and orderly
