About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Lead to join our Technology team as part of the Chief Technology Office (CTO). The successful candidate will partner with product teams to facilitate product delivery, supporting them in delivering value, understanding dependencies, and fostering team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and partner with product managers to support product delivery with an Agile mindset
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, developing creative solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in complex situations, facilitating decision-making and issue resolution, and supporting implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience participating in teams in an Agile framework setting
  • Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Persuasive communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
  • Effective in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures applying Agile framework within an Infrastructure focused role
  • Experience in backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, authoring stories)
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a large enterprise Infrastructure environment
  • Experience in applying Product Operating Model concepts in a large enterprise Infrastructure environment
  • Proven hands-on technical experience in an enterprise Infrastructure environment (e.g., Compute, Storage, Mainframe, Midrange, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of modern Infrastructure technology concepts, especially including modern technology architectures and emerging technologies (such as GPU computing)
