Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cloud-based programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on program progress and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience of technology operations transformation in a Singapore Enterprise.
  • Experience working across AWS Cloud and On-premise environments.
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a must.
