Job Description:Human Resources GeneralistAbout the Position:The Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, including employee programs, hiring processes, attendance tracking, benefit coordination, and more. This role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Conduct interviews and hire hourly staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and handle related matters efficiently.
  • Coordinate benefits, including leave management and workers' compensation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all employees and departments.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
