Position Overview
ABFE is in search of an enthusiastic Vice President of Strategic Initiatives who possesses a deep commitment to the community development and finance landscape, along with a proven ability to foster growth and innovation.
Reporting directly to the President, the VPSI will oversee the organization’s strategic framework and ensure that ABFE's initiatives are aligned with community needs, while being effectively implemented, data-informed, and focused on measurable impact.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $190,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
