Key Responsibilities
The Senior Process Engineering Leader will play a crucial role in delivering subject matter expertise within Page's Advanced Manufacturing sector, focusing on:
- Process systems
- Process-mechanical systems
- Bulk Gas delivery
- Industrial Waste lift, collection, and treatment
- Ultrapure Water (UPW) systems including make-up, primary, and polish loop systems.

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects through all phases, including programming, schematics, design development, construction administration, and project close-out.


Specific Duties Include:
- Building and mentoring project teams;
- Promoting technical development within our process engineering teams;
- Collaborating to create business plans that align with Page's strategic growth objectives, progressively enhancing our capabilities year after year;
- Supporting the management of Process Engineering staff on a regional basis;
- Fostering growth in the Advanced Manufacturing market, particularly in various regions;
- Willingness to travel to domestic sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution;
- 15-20 years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water (UPW) systems in industries such as semiconductor, petrochemical, or bio/pharmaceutical;
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the U.S. preferred but not mandatory;
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Caesar or Autopipe pipe stress software, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.

Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000

(Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
