As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Zaxby's, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. We're seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee team members, manage day-to-day operations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Other benefits include:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capabilities Required

The following capabilities are necessary for success in this position:

  • Sit, stand, and walk continuously
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
