Reliability Engineer

You'll work closely with our diverse hardware development groups to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative reliability tests to identify potential issues
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability-enhancing design changes
- Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of reliability issues
- Develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports to track product performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field
- 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
