- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
- Expertise in PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, root cause analysis, and conducting internal audits.
- In-depth understanding of quality management frameworks and industry standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methodologies.
- Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) is advantageous.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
