Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cabin Care Specialist to join our team at Getaway House Inc. As a Cabin Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of our tiny cabins, as well as providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cabin Preparation and Maintenance
    • Prepare cabins for guest arrival by cleaning and staging the interior and exterior of the cabin.
    • Ensure all cabins are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards.
  • Guest Experience
    • Provide exceptional guest experiences by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in each cabin.
    • Be proactive in anticipating and addressing guest needs and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless cabin preparation and maintenance.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during cabin preparation or guest stays.
    • Be flexible and adaptable in responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Previous experience in a guest-facing industry, such as hospitality or customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and move moderate loads (up to 75 pounds).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
