We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cardiology Office Receptionist to join our team at Revere Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Update patient charts and maintain accurate records
- Order tests and procedures for patients as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
