Primary Care Provider Job Opportunity

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time APP provider to join our Primary Care Team in Sparta, TN.

  • Position Highlights:
  • M-F Full-Time schedule
  • Preference given to candidates experienced in Primary Care
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience in PCP or Urgent Care Setting

About the Role:

  • Working with (1) Physician and (1) Nurse Practitioner
  • Taking overflow patients from the current clinic as well as establishing your own patient panel

Requirements:

  • Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
