Role Overview:
Under close supervision, you will assist in delivering technical insights and support for designated engineering initiatives and programs at the assigned location.
Engage in the assessment, exploration, and formulation of suitable recommendations concerning assigned engineering projects.
Participate in small to medium-scale site construction, expansion, or modification initiatives.
Manage contracts with suppliers for the provision of services and equipment.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to your area of responsibility.
Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with no prior experience required.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to research and analyze complex information and draw valid conclusions.
- Capacity to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety measures.
- Proficient in adhering to safety protocols and identifying hazards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
- Knowledge of drill rig operations and coordination experience.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Leadership skills within a team setting.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Metallurgy, or Geotechnical Engineering.
What We Offer:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is currently $76,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not encompass bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. Further details will be provided during the hiring process.
