Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Electrophysiology Lab team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and procedural assistance in our state-of-the-art electrophysiology suite.

Responsibilities
  • Provide procedural assistance and education to patients undergoing cardiac procedures
  • Scrub in with the provider for all electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker insertion, internal cardioverter defibrillator insertion, and ablations
  • Recorder – set up, connect, and troubleshoot equipment, monitor and perform measurements on intracardiac recording system, operate stimulator and ablation generators
  • Circulator for pre- and post-procedures, perform RN to RN handoffs, and transport patients to the EP Lab
Requirements
  • DE RN License or RN License from a compact state
  • BSN preferred
  • At least two years of RN experience, with experience in Electrophysiology or other procedural area preferred
  • Experience with EKG and Telemetry
  • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
