Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Lab

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Electrophysiology Lab team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and procedural assistance in our state-of-the-art electrophysiology suite.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on electrophysiology or procedural nursing. You will be responsible for:

  • Circulating patients for pre- and post-procedures, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient care.
  • Scrubbing in with providers for electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker insertion, internal cardioverter defibrillator insertion, and ablations.
  • Recording and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
  • Monitoring and performing measurements on intracardiac recording systems, stimulators, and ablation generators.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A DE RN License or RN License from a compact state.
  • A BSN degree, with a minimum of two years of RN experience.
  • Experience in electrophysiology or procedural nursing, with a strong understanding of EKG and Telemetry.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS certification preferred.
