Key Responsibilities:

Participate in employee training, supervision, and discipline
Supervise staff in fiscal and purchasing procedures and policies

Participate in the administration of the collective bargaining agreement and maintain good employee relations
Coordinate work schedules and assignments
Check reports, fee collection, and miscellaneous records prepared by the staff

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Ability to supervise people
Determine work priorities, assign work, and ensure proper completion of work assignments
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Prepare and maintain schedules and reports
Reside on park property
