Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Assistant Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing onsite leadership and direction for day-to-day custodial operations, including the selection, direction, and training of all associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for our company values and philosophy, implementing and maintaining programs to achieve corporate mission and goals.
  • Facilitate and coordinate key personnel and technical/operational processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direct supervision for all staff-related employment functions, including selection, hiring, disciplinary actions, development, and scheduling.
  • Manage expenses and labor hours to effectively perform contracted services while meeting financial goals.
  • Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve financial success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience managing and supervising custodial services.
  • Basic custodial knowledge, computer literacy, mechanical knowledge, good oral and written communication skills, and good mathematical competency.
  • Passion for training, developing, motivating, and investing in team members.
  • Positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Ability to delegate, direct, and follow up to ensure success in extensive and complex situations.
  • Pro-active and resourceful in nature.
Working Conditions
  • Extensive walking, bending, stooping, sitting, and lifting may be required.
