Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
- Support the sales process by processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and answering questions about products and services.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise, counting inventory, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Participate in visual merchandising by maintaining attractive store displays and ensuring that products are properly priced and labeled.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food Service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
