As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our sickest and most vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
