Job Title: Registered Nurse-ICUJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, WI. As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
